1. Why aren't all the prices the same?
Apparel prices vary due to factors like style, print type, and manufacturing location:
- Style and Design: Different styles (e.g., t-shirts vs. hoodies) affect costs based on complexity and fabric. As well as the size of the apparel.
- Print Type: Single or double prints impact pricing, with double prints being costlier.
- Manufacturing Location: Domestic vs. overseas production influences expenses.
- Quality and Sustainability: Premium materials or eco-friendly options may raise prices.
Print-on-demand is a production method where items, such as apparel, are only manufactured when an order is placed. This eliminates the need for large inventory stockpiles, reduces waste, and allows for greater design flexibility. This also allows us to ship worldwide.
3. How are your designs created?
Our designs are thought of by our daughter, some with our help. Then created on Graphic design apps. We then upload those designs to our apparel on our online store.
4. What types of garments do you offer?
We offer Adult t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and sweatshirts. Kids hoodies and t-shirts. Baby's t-shirts and bodysuits. We hope in the future we will be able to expand our designs to a larger variety of apparel.
The designs are printed on all appropriate apparel to allow customers to choose which style they prefer the print on.
5. Are your garments ethically produced?
Yes, we are committed to ethical production practices. All our products are made with responsibly sourced and sustainable materials.
6. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection, select your favorite design and garment style, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. We'll take care of the rest, from printing to shipping.
7. What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping to ensure that everyone can enjoy our unique designs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your purchase! But because these items are made to order we cannot accept returns or exchange items, so please double check your items are the correct size, colour and print before checking out. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
9. Do you offer custom design services?
At this time, we do not offer custom design services. However, we are constantly adding new designs to our collection, so be sure to check back often for fresh and inspiring apparel.
10. Why are print-on-demand items priced higher than mass-produced items?
Print-on-demand items may be priced slightly higher due to the on-demand nature of production and the use of high-quality materials. However, this pricing reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and supporting our small business.
